How buying works

Request your build below (this is not a charge).
Quote — one of us (KB3CMT, KB3WAV, KB3KLT, or KC3RW) emails shipping and a Square link.
Pay on Square only. We never ask for gift cards, wires, or a random checkout URL.
We build and ship — or meet you at a hamfest / local pickup.

Typically 2–3 weeks after payment. Hamfest pickup is often sooner. Next batch is 100% ready.

What shipping will cost

You pay what the carrier charges. We do not add a handling fee or mark shipping up. It is a pass-through cost.
We work it out per order, because a 28' mast to Oregon and a basic build to the next county are not the same parcel. That is why there is no flat rate on this page.
You see the exact amount before you pay. It is itemised in your quote email alongside the antenna price. Nothing is charged until you choose to use the Square link.
Expect two parcels. A typical order ships as a tube holding the mast plus a box with the hitch mount and the rest of the components. Both are covered by the single shipping figure in your quote — there is never a second bill for the second box.
Tracking is emailed the moment it ships, and you can check progress any time with your order reference at check your order.
Meeting us instead? Then there is no shipping at all. Hamfest handover and local pickup cost nothing to ship — mention it in the notes below and we will leave it off the quote.

If a quote ever looks wrong to you, say so before you pay. We would rather re-check the box size than have you feel overcharged.

In the field

Real setups live in the community gallery. The HF SWR Plotter shows a projected curve and, when we have a capture, a measured NanoVNA overlay from the shop. Height, ground, and radials will move your numbers.
